		Ordering Guidelines Please Note: : The Office of Rights & Reproductions announces that it has increased its production fees effective December 1st, 2009. All applications and order forms submitted on and after this date are subject to the new rates. All requests must be submitted in writing to the Office of Rights and Reproductions. Telephone and rush orders will not be accepted. Do not include payment with your request--you will receive an invoice. (See order forms below, right.) A complete request must include: Sitter's name, artist's name, and NPG accession number of portrait (if known) Type of photographic material needed Intended use of the material, i.e. personal or publication Personal use includes displaying or storing images in an album or other storage system for viewing, and does not include multiple reproduction publication in any format, commercial exploitation, or inclusion of the image on a personal web site. Publication information, including format, title, author, publisher, print run, and publication date, should be provided if known. Requests will be considered incomplete and will be held for additional information if the above mentioned elements are not included.
